There is often a substantial difference between the agenda I receive on Friday afternoon and the one on the table at our meeting the following Tuesday evening, as things have happened and things have been added.
I use my meeting agenda:
- to track any actual votes we take, which I indicate by a V in a circle with a line to indicate the issue voted, and
- to note things I find interesting.
I then file my annotated agendas away for reference. Recently, it occurred to me, that readers might find the actual agendas of interest, and possibly my notes as well. Therefore, I have posted the last two such agendas here, and if there is any interest I will continue to post them.
